Consultation call
Initial call to discuss the scope of the project, desired outcomes, intended audiences and channels, and any other important information I need to make it a success.
Creative brief
I provide a summary of the project requested, deliverables, and due dates along with a quote (for project-based work). This is really helpful to make sure we are on the same page right from the beginning.
Content creation
This is where the fun begins! I whip up your requests and deliver them to you within the deadline.
Fine-tune
This is your chance to offer feedback. Draft copy can be edited up to two rounds, so make sure all eyes that need to see it have the chance. Edits are consolidated and returned to me.
Touch-up & delivery
I give the content one last touch-up to incorporate any final edits I’ve received. And voilà! It’s in your inbox before you can say easy-peasy lemon-squeezy.

Do I have to be based in New Zealand to work with you?
Absolutely not! These digital days, it’s convenient to work with clients around the world. If you have an internet connection, we can work together.
Do you also create designs, videos, websites, etc.?
My true love and expertise is bringin’ the words! However, I’ve worked closely with designers, videographers, web developers and other creatives over the years so I understand that collaboration is key.
If you have pros you like to work with, I’m happy to collaborate together. If you don’t have other creatives in your networks, I can help connect you.
Do you only work with nonprofit organizations? Or do you work with profit-based companies, too?
The bulk of my expertise is with nonprofit organizations. However, the basic principles are the same, whether your driving donations or selling products and services. That means my skills are transferable to your needs. I’m always open to new opportunities, so feel free to get in touch! I’m particularly keen to support socially-conscious brands.

How fast can you turn around a project?
